I offer an integrated counselling approach based on systemic, psychodynamic (including attachment theory) and Human Givens theory.  (See glossary for explanation of terms.)

 

This will allow us to explore your issues in the context of your personal history and development, current circumstances and relationships, and the belief systems and thought processes underlying your feelings and behaviours.
